I'm kind of a transplanted "southerner" by heritage (Ozarks of south Missouri, grandma and grandpa moved west in 1915). I guess its hereditary- I'm the one who orders catfish, okra and collards when I go to Cracker Barrel. Bought a jar of your pickled okra when I went on a diet awhile back, and was attracted by your 2 pickles for 5 calories. I just love 'em! Wish they were a lot hotter, but I'll take what I can get.
