May 28, 2010 A couple of months ago I discovered my new favorite thing to eat- your "Hot Okra Pickles". After coming home from the grocery store this evening, I just ate a jar in one sitting. I thought this was probably a secret that I should keep to myself, so I'm glad to read that others do the same. After one bite I was hooked, and I found it hard to stop. Glad I bought two jars! I probably should have bought more!!! My only suggestion is: you need to make an "Extra Hot Okra Pickles" version because I like it HOT!!! -Jack (born in Texas!) My mom used to buy okra pickles when I was a kid, but I don't know what brand. I've bought them myself a few times. But yours are so excellent they've become a staple in my house. You should advertise them as a good source of fiber and an addition to one's daily intake of vegetables! I've been recommending them to people and I'm often asked, are they slimy. Yours are not!
